Ente Auth
Our pickFree, open source, encrypted backup so a lost phone is not a disaster.
What is the best free authenticator app?
Ente Auth is the best free authenticator app. It is open source, end-to-end encrypted, and backs up your codes so a lost phone does not lock you out. 2FAS is another excellent free choice. Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator work too. Use an app or a passkey instead of text message codes, which can be stolen by SIM swapping.
